Biblia Chat – Reina Valera (the "app") is operated by Optimism Labs LLC. By downloading or using the app, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
The app is offered for your personal, non-commercial use, for reading, study, and devotion. You agree not to use the app unlawfully, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to attempt to access our services by means other than the app itself.
The chat feature uses artificial intelligence to generate responses for informational purposes and spiritual companionship. Responses are generated automatically, may contain errors, and do not necessarily represent our views or constitute the official doctrine of any church. They are not a substitute for professional pastoral, medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. Use your own judgment when interpreting generated content. You agree not to use the chat to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content, or to attempt to circumvent its usage limits.
Some features, such as unlimited chat, require the paid Biblia Chat Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If the subscription includes a free trial, it will convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple account settings. Prices may vary by region.
If you change devices or reinstall the app, you can restore your previous purchases from the app's settings, as long as you use the same Apple account you made the original purchase with.
The design, code, and original elements of the app are the property of Optimism Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Reina Valera Bible text and the other included translations are provided in accordance with their respective public domain status or license.
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted availability of the chat service. To the extent permitted by law, Optimism Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may suspend or limit access to online features (such as the chat) if you violate these terms or abuse the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish the revised version in the app and indicate the date of the last update. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
